Shane invites Chandler, a guy that he had met at his good friend Lola Singles' house, into the house for Sage's birthday party. Chandler is kind of shy and nervous about the party, which is ironic because he is considered the bravest young rookie on the police force! Chandler is pretty young, though, 19 and right out of high school, so he still gets nervous around girls! Shane can't even imagine being nervous around ANYONE and ushers a stammering Chandler in.
