And this one has one important difference from the previous portrait, sniff, sniff. I'll miss Shane! 

Okay, here are those promised family portraits relevant to the end of the update. Here, Cerulean is a toddler, and Kashan is a child.  

I love this picture of little Cerulean trying to copy his daddy's stargazing! He just followed him out there and it was so darn cute! 

Kashan sleeps in grandpa's bed, since it still smells a little like Shane's cologne, and is comforting. 

But Indigo feels a little better when she tells Cerulean stories about Shane. 

He and his mommy have a good cry together. 

Even Cerulean knows that his grandpa is gone. 

And Grey is so sad, he even opens up to Chandler about it. 

Wisteria has to sit down, she's so upset. 

When Kashan finds out about his grandpa's death, he's heartbroken. 

And here is Shane's platinum Popularity Urn. Sorry I didn't have the lights on in the picture! 

Shane is trying to ignore the sickle sticking out of his face by thinking about what a great party Sim Heaven must be! 

She wipes away her tears, telling herself that Shane is going to a better place and that he was happy and that is what matters. 

I feel so awful for Wisteria! She's really taking it hard.

I look for them and find them doing THIS! BAD SIMS!!! BAD, BAD SIMS!!! Maybe Grey is trying to comfort a distraught Indigo? Yeah, that must be it. 

Wisteria is sobbing and Chandler is thinking about what a great guy Shane was and what a great life he had. But where's Indigo and Grey? 

Chandler finally made it through to mourn, and Wisteria has gotten home from work just in time to see her husband's passing into the next Sim-world. 

Then Grey realizes what is going on and starts crying, along with Indigo, who came running at the sound of DEATH. 

Grey casually strolls into the room: "Hey, Shane, what's up?"  

"Aahhh!!! Grim, watch where you put that sickle! That went straight through my nose!" Death has finally come for Shane. At least he got a nice nap, first. 

Kashan at piano practice, as is Legasea tradition. 

Then, next thing I notice, GREY is giving HER a massage! What am I going to do with these Sims! 

Either way, Indigo wants to show her appreciation for the great woohoo, and gives Chandler a massage. 

They think they might have heard a lullaby, but aren't quite sure . . . (I have to be a little mean!) 

Indigo and Chandler decide to try again for a daughter to carry on the legacy.
