And we'll close with Ultra's first word, "Daddy." Grey is very touched and vows to keep his little girl safe and healthy, so he won't lose her the way Ice lost Green. Will anyone see the note Green left? Will Lola get the medicine? Will it work? Stay tuned! :-) 

Although Grey acn't belive what happened to Green, either, he still has to take care of his little girl and teach her her skills. Ultra is a super learner, mastering all of her toddler skills in an amazingly short period of time! Here, she learns to walk! (Something I usually don't even bother with, along with talking, as it usually takes so long, but Utra is just brilliant!) Her daddy is very proud of her. 

Even little Ultra knows that something is wrong and keeps crying. 

Everyone is truly shocked and saddened by the news. Cadet, the poor guy, has already seen so much death in his life, and he just became an adult! The realization that Green was dying while the family was celebrating his birthday hits him with awful force, as he cleans up the cake plates. 

Words coming haltingly through the tears, Ice breaks the news of Green's death to his family. Orchid runs over right away to comfort him. 

Ice decides to clean up the room his son died in, to try to give Green some peace, and to work off some of his anger and frustration. Blinded by tears, Ice doesn't see the note typed on the computer . . . or the finished medicine waiting on the lab equipment. 

He wipes away the tears that won't stop, thinking of Green and all of the wonderful times they had together, all of the time they should have left! It's not fair! 

Ice sobs over the urn, wishing he had figured it out earlier and helped poor Green! He can't believe he's actually gone! 

Suddenly, Ice puts it all together--Green's strange behavior, his being "unreachable," the unusual noises he heard while working out in the pool house--something is wrong with Green and he's in the pool house! Ice rushes to the storage room, but he's too late! Green, his son, is dead! 

At that moment, Ice gets this chilling feeling down his spine (pun with his name unintended) and knows that something terrible has happened to Green! 

. . . before leaving Green's ashes in a plain urn inscribed with his name. Goodbye, Green! We'll miss you! 

. . . and makes a quick call on his cell phone . . .  

. . . checks off his name, "Yep, death from disease . . ." 

The Grim Reaper comes across Green's lifeless body . . .  

Even though no one else knew where Green had hidden himself, no one can hide from Death! 

He falls to his knees, unable to get even one more breath! Green is glad now that he wrote a goodbye note to everyone, leaving it on the computer screen of his lab equipment. 

Oh, no!!! What's happening in the pool house??? It looks like Green is struggling for breath! 

A mother/daughter shot. Cadet's birthday makes Orchid realize her little girl will be the next to have her own adult party before too long! 

He's pretty happy to finally be grown up. The hospital where he worked as a teen told him he'd have a good job as an Intern when he graduated and he's looking forward to making some real money! Everybody else lines up for cake. 

Not too bad! Actually, Cadet is kind of yummy as an adult! 

. . . and he is now an adult, with better clothes than his teen ones! 

Cadet twirls around, his family cheers . . .  

It's birthday time again! This time, it's Cadet stepping up to the cake! 

And now not only does the family have two podiums and two med stations, they also have two fingerprint guns! Maybe I can have them use one now without being afriad of it getting lost, since I have a spare! Now I just need to get the Culinary and the Criminal awards!
