I thought this was kind of a poignant shot, seeing Ultra leave through the front window of the Legasea house.
With all of her skills maxed, Ultra knows she can move out and handle anything now, so she calls a cab to pick her up right away! Cyan and Cadet wish her well. She figures she'll be seeing her dad and everybody all of the time no matter where she lives, so she doesn't feel like she needs to make a big deal out of it.
And next she moves onto the last ability she needs to maximize, Creativity, which she achieves on the Hydroponic garden! Yay for Ultra! (And the point she gave me, ha.)
Ultra, however, is more concerned with attaining all of the Knowledge possible. Here she gets all of the Cleaning skills that she can!
A nice clear picture of the prettiness of Indigo, with a nice contrasting background. She figures maybe she can make some money on her looks!
Sage, reading the latest "Harry Simmer" book. She can't put it down!
"Okay, ONE more game of Red Hands, and then, you HAVE to do your chores and mop the bathroom floor, Sage!"
But then Indigo wanders off to the bathroom mirror to admire herself, so she can't have taken the news TOO hard. :-)
Wisteria explains it all to Indigo, well, most of it, anyway, and Indigo is stunned. She's happy to know the truth, though, and now understands why Sage and her dad seem to have a special connection.
"No, I'm not! It may sound crazy, but your father was taken away in a big green spaceship when you were a toddler and when he came back, he was pregnant with Sage!"
Wisteria figures Indigo is now old enough to know about how Sage was concieved, so she tells her how it was actually Shane who gave birth to Sage. "You've got to be joking, Mom!" Indigo laughs.
He's also pretty happy that the party he threw for Indigo went so well! "Some celebratory spaghetti for me!"
Shane sees his daughters hugging and is touched. He's glad that they get along well and don't really fight too much like some sisters do!
Indigo gives her little sis a big hug so she doesn't feel left out. "It will be your turn really soon! Until then, enjoy being a kid! You don't want to know how these sudden hormones make you feel!"
Grey makes sure his daughter can defend herself. She's talking about moving out after she maxes out all of her skills. She feels she'll be ready to make it on her own, then. So Grey wants to be sure she'll be safe and tests her fighting ability.
In case you were wondering, Indigo decided to go with her mom's and uncle Cadet's aspiration, Fortune. So we have another money tree picker! (Rolled a natural one.)
And once again, grandpa Darren shows up for Indigo's birthday party! He seems to still want to be a part of their lives, even though he's dead!
Ultra tries to convince Wistera to have just one bite of birthday cake, but Wisteria says no, since she's dieting, which Ultra tells her she doesn't need to do! And behind them, Shane very sweetly congratulates his daughter on her birthday. He's the guy who always knows just what to say.
I liked her outfit a lot that she transitioned into, so I'm keeping it on her. I love the back of it, too; check it out!
"And the rest of me's not too bad, either!"
"Wow, I have pretty hands now, very feminine."
Sage is a little jealous that Indigo gets to be a teen first, but also happy for her. Besides, her birthday's coming up soon, too.
"Look at me! I blew out all of the candles in one breath!"
A nice crowd is there for Indigo's birthday. Actually, the family is a crowd in itself!
"It's my birthday, my bi-bi-bi-bi-bi-bir-irthday!"
