And we'll close this update with a closeup of Sky, who is looking forward to her birthday party and becoming a "big kid"!
Here is a shot of our two precious alien babies.
And Ice deals with his mom's death by, um, playing video games?
Cyan, on the other hand, bursts out into tears. He had no idea he would miss his sister this much.
Lavender goes peacefully with Death while Grey watches. He understands that his sister will be happier now, so he is not upset.
"Hey, watch where you put those bony fingers!"
. . . which is the very last thing she does, before turning around to see Death.
Lavender, feeling like this day will be her last, spends lots of time with her little niece, hoping she won't forget her. She also sells her last painting (the last in her famous "Night Sky" series), encourages Ice to be nice to his family, and quits her job . . .
Ice, cleaning up the bathroom, has no idea that the Social Bunny is making fun of him. Orchid, of course, thinks it's hysterical.
Orchid becomes acquanted with the Social Bunny--he cracks her up laughing, but the rest of her family sees her laughing at nothing and think she's lost it. Or that she's a typical teenager.
He has HUGE eyes that seem to take in everything.
It's a boy!!! Ice decides to name him Green. (What do you expect from a guy called "Ice" his whole life?)
Ice is very happy to have such a unique, beautiful baby.
Ice staggers around in pain, no one there to help except for a very surprised gardener.
