Cyan helps her through the birth (while Cadet continues painting and pretends nothing else is going on in the room) of the newest Legasea heiress! Yes, it's a girl, yay!!! Posted by Picasa

Somebody else is kicking now, kicking to get out! Posted by Picasa

Ultra's studies and hard work can't take away the pain from Orchid's death completely, but she's coming to accept it and enjoys the nice dreams she has about Orchid every now and then because that way she can remember her. Unfortunately, the mortuary lost Orchid's platinum urn, just like they did with Lavender's! The family members are kicking themselves for not remembering to change funeral homes! Posted by Picasa

Shane feels like he's really gotten the hang of the stargzing thing now! He did it at first because he felt like he should become part of the club, to bond with Wisteria's male relatives, but he actually sort of likes it now that he finally feels like he understands what's going on in the sky. Posted by Picasa

Ultra has taken to getting up at dawn and running through the obstacle course as much as she can before school. She's started really liking to do physical stuff, after her dad's self defense lessons (which included careful instructions on how to sabatoge a dishwasher, ha). Posted by Picasa

He also painted a portrait of a radiantly glowing pregnant Wisteria, in honor of Orchid, since he knew she would have been delighted by it. Posted by Picasa

Cyan had his own feelings to sort through after dealing with everyone elses', so he communes with nature to get perspective on Orchid's death, along with all the other deaths he's seen in his elixir-lengthened life. Posted by Picasa

Ultra dove into her studies, nearly literally, with the medical station dummy, maxing her mechanical skills. Posted by Picasa

Wow, I didn't even notice Wisteria getting so big! Posted by Picasa

He also helped Wisteria, who not only missed her mom, but was devastated that the baby would never get to meet their grandma. She was so young, only 73, and seemed really healthy, even making a new friend from the neighborhood hours before her death. No one was prepared for her to go yet. Posted by Picasa

Ultra's dad was there to help her through it, though, fortunately, and since Cadet's dad wasn't there to help him, Grey's brother Cyan consoled him. Posted by Picasa

Ultra just kept crying and crying. I think she was especially traumatized because this is the first death she's witnessed (as far as I can remember). Posted by Picasa

Cyan and Cadet are next. The poor kid watched his dad, a nanny, and now his mom, die there. He should have a phobia of kitchens by now! Posted by Picasa

Wisteria and Ultra, in their matching jammies, are the next to realize what is happening in the Kitchen of Death (three people have died in that very spot now). Posted by Picasa

Unfortunately for Orchid, she won't be seeing her grandchild after all, not in the flesh at least! She'll have to watch the baby as a ghost now. Grey is the first to mourn. One of the drawbacks of using so much elixir is having to see so many of the people you love die. Posted by Picasa

Ultra likes how the lessons are making her all buff, like the actress Jessica Simba! Posted by Picasa

Speaking of Ultra, her dad has been helping her with self defense lessons, in case she runs into a creep like Darren was! Grey is glad Darren never got his slimy hands on Sky like he had planned on doing! Posted by Picasa

Look, Ultra has the same jammies as Wisteria! There must have been a sale. Posted by Picasa

"You've been reading all the baby books the family has collected over the years, haven't you? I'll have to show you the name book . . . " Posted by Picasa

Orchid tears up when she realizes her baby will be having a baby and hugs Wisteria, glad she will be able to see the next generation of Legaseas be born. Posted by Picasa

Wisteria gives the news to her mom by telling her that she looks so young for someone about to be a grandma! Posted by Picasa

Shane is excited at the idea of a little being made up of both him and Wisteria. "We shouldn't hire a nanny, though, Shane. Bad things happen to nannies here!" Posted by Picasa

Wisteria tells Shane the news, then kisses him in happiness! Posted by Picasa

"Wow, that's the father of my child! What a hottie! I guess I should tell him." Posted by Picasa

At the Legasea house, Wisteria has finally realized that she will be adding to her family soon, just like Lola! Posted by Picasa
