And Ice decided to pull out the bunny suit again; it's become sort of a tradition.
And here are our happy party-goers! Sims just love it when someone has a birthday! They all came running out of the pool or hot tub (except for Green who was working out.)
I really like this party shot. Orchid is slowly getting over Darren's death and realizes afterward that she barely thought of him during Wisteria's birthday party.
So cute, I'll give you the side view, too!
I thought this picture was really cute.
"Um, Teal, do you mind not standing RIGHT BEHIND me when I'm on the phone?" In their identical police uniforms, Ice and Teal look a lot alike, even for brothers!
Aww, Grey holding little Wisteria. Since her dad's gone, it's lucky she has many other "daddy" figures around!
Actually, Orchid was holding her, and it was a second floor glitch. Orchid's pose makes it look like she's about to hug her husband's urn!
Sure looks like she's looking up at someone. I like how Lilac and Jess's picture is in the background there.
Either Wisteria has learned to levitate too, or perhaps Lilac has picked her up?
Looks like she wants to check up on the fifth generation of Legaseas.
It's Lilac! We haven't seen her haunting for awhile!
Another of Green's kids comes to visit, Pine. Grey's daughter, Sky, is also over--must be alien day at the Legaseas!
Cadet gets to meet Jess, his great-great grandfather! The meeting would be more pleasant for Cadet if Jess hadn't been dead.
Ice also has a friend over, Trista Shaw! He tickles her whenever he can, since he kind of wants to touch her, but is painfully shy around girls.
Green's kids come over a lot, to see their dad and to spend time with their cousins. Here, Cadet tells Finn about the fishing trip he went on: "The fish was THIS BIG!"
Cadet also loves playing in the pool, because he gets to wear his snazzy swim trunks!
Cadet works hard to cheer his mother up, always running to give her a big hug when she gets home from work.
Grey tries to forget about what he had to do, and works on a painting very similar to the one his beloved grandmother, Lilac, painted for him so long ago.
Grey makes sure to "fix" the dishwasher so it won't hurt anyone else in the family. He insisted HE be the one to do it! Little does the family know he "fixed" it a little the night before Darren's death! On top of Darren's hitting on his little girl, Grey had found out that Darren had also been improper with Crystal Vu. The final straw was when he found the leftover "poison" that Darren had made to try to get Orchid unpregnant. Something had to be done.
Speaking of dirty, Grey starts to regret Darren's passing a little when he sees everything getting filthy. But only a little--having to clean the stove is a small price to pay for getting rid of that guy!
Orchid immerses herself in her work. She wants to spend time with Albert, but still feels married to Darren, still wearing her wedding ring, so tries not to see him. She wishes she didn't have to carpool with Grey in this dirty tank!
As time goes by, Orchid still grieves for her husband and the time that he lost with his children.
