He's also working on his levitation powers! Those wacky aliens! (Yet another glitch.) 

To catch up with Green, he's still obsessed with having a baby of his own in the Legasea house. 

And Grey is happy because not only is he not dead, he also made it to the top of the science track!

. . . and cuddles him every chance he gets. 

At the Legasea house, Darren proves Orchid's statement to herself that he is a good father (even though Orchid doesn't realize that he is NOT faithful at all). He helps Cadet learn to use the potty . . .  

Even on his way to work the next day, Albert is still thinking about his brief kiss with Orchid, hoping that won't have to be the last kiss they ever have together . . .  

But she's made a commitment and has children now. She would never leave Darren, despite her realization of love for Albert. She'll just have to live with it. She does care about Darren a little. He's not very good to her, she thinks, but he's faithful and a good father. But why, she tells herself, why couldn't she have waited just a few years, and given Albert and her a chance to be together? 

As Orchid walks away, she realizes that she was never really in love with Darren; it was all just lust. Albert is the man she was meant to be with! 

She whispers to him, "I'm so sorry," as he just holds her, both of them feeling a new, deeper love than they have ever had with anyone else. 

So different, that Albert couldn't help himself and pulled Orchid closer and kissed her. Orchid finally realized what she was doing--a pregnant married woman!--and regretfully pulled away. 

Albert and Orchid felt awkward around each other now that he was an adult. They avoided each other the rest of the night until Orchid went to go home. Albert hugged her goodbye like he always did, but this time, the hug felt so different. 

He dances with his dad's pregnant fiancee to celebrate, while Orchid gets into an argument with Vidcund about music. He is a snob and thinks Orchid has no taste, because she likes the "Pop" channel. 

Suddenly the important event that Albert felt was going to happen takes place--he becomes an Adult! Everyone is stunned, as they were starting to think he'd be a teen forever! 

A little bit later, Albert feels like he really should invite Orchid over, like something important was going to happen. "Yeah, I'm about to give birth any minute now! That's pretty important!" Orchid tells him. Albert says it's something else he feels, something to do with him. And he thinks it's important for Orchid to be there when it happens, so she agrees to come over. Albert also thinks Orchid looks radiant. 

But, being a normal teen, he does get into trouble now and then! Here, the cops tell Pascal how they caught his son sneaking out! 

Albert is a straight A student (to be expected after being in high school for so long . . . )!

. . . but when her lips touch his, he tries to forget about Orchid and just enjoy himself. 

One day, Albert invites his friend Marsha over, and she grabs him for a kiss. Albert isn't sure if he should at first . . .  

Albert and Orchid crack each other up. They both have the same sense of humor and the time just flies by when Orchid is over at the Curious'. 

She even stays for dinner some nights, and Darren doesn't even care to notice she is gone or ask her where she was when she gets back. She loves to hear Pascal and Vidcund tell stories about Albert. 

But, he still sees Orchid whenever he can. They both miss each other and are happy that they can at least be friends. Orchid always feels so good about things when she's talking with Albert, as opposed to Darren, who makes her feel bad about herself. 

He still cares deeply about Orchid, but knows he might be a teen for a long time, due to his half-alien DNA, so he might never get to actually be with Orchid the way he wants. So, he gets to know this girl in Strangetown, Marsha Forth-Klik.
