She spends lots of time with her daddy, Grey, as well. They love playing chess together . . .
Meanwhile, Green's aunt/half-sister, Sky, changed her hair and Grey let her wear a little make up. She loves the blue lip gloss she bought at the store with the allowance she gets for doing her chores, like making the bed.
He also loves putting on the bunny suit and making Green laugh. Grey figured Ice would come around eventually and he did! Now, he's a great dad!
Ice may have been squeemish about diapers, but he has no problem teaching Green to use the potty. It looks like maybe Green wants to be good in school, like Daddy.
Oh, here was everybody at Green's party. They put this picture in the Legasea photo album.
From then on, Green became Daddy's boy.
Ice is amazed as this strange little being suddenly acquires a personality and becomes interesting.
However, he hands Green off to Ice at Green's birthday party, letting Daddy do the honors.
Ice doesn't seem too interested in taking care of his baby and is terrified of changing diapers, but the rest of the family understands (he's only 19 after all!) and takes up the slack. Grey is more than happy to take care of Green.
Right after transition. I love this picture, how Ice and Orchid are both knocked off their feet, literally, and synchronized! It's like they're in a musical or something. Grey is very proud of his little girl.
Finally, the day comes that little Sky has been waiting for--she's all ready to be a big kid!

And we'll close this update with a closeup of Sky, who is looking forward to her birthday party and becoming a "big kid"!
Here is a shot of our two precious alien babies.
And Ice deals with his mom's death by, um, playing video games?
Cyan, on the other hand, bursts out into tears. He had no idea he would miss his sister this much.
Lavender goes peacefully with Death while Grey watches. He understands that his sister will be happier now, so he is not upset.
"Hey, watch where you put those bony fingers!"
. . . which is the very last thing she does, before turning around to see Death.
Lavender, feeling like this day will be her last, spends lots of time with her little niece, hoping she won't forget her. She also sells her last painting (the last in her famous "Night Sky" series), encourages Ice to be nice to his family, and quits her job . . .
Ice, cleaning up the bathroom, has no idea that the Social Bunny is making fun of him. Orchid, of course, thinks it's hysterical.
Orchid becomes acquanted with the Social Bunny--he cracks her up laughing, but the rest of her family sees her laughing at nothing and think she's lost it. Or that she's a typical teenager.
He has HUGE eyes that seem to take in everything.
It's a boy!!! Ice decides to name him Green. (What do you expect from a guy called "Ice" his whole life?)
Ice is very happy to have such a unique, beautiful baby.
Ice staggers around in pain, no one there to help except for a very surprised gardener.
